>Collision Repair Process:
1. Estimate | 2. Insurance Approval | 3. Disassembly |
In the Damage Report process area, the vehicle is inspected, and relevant data is entered into a damage report that determines initial cost repairs. Also, there is often hidden damage that cannot be seen until after the vehicle has been disassembled. | After completing the damage report, it is sent to the insurance company. The insurance company determines if the vehicle is repairable. Then we begin the vehicle repair process.
|
In disassembly hidden damage is sometimes found, and inner structure repairs are determined.
|
4. Order Parts | 5. Repair Structure | 6. Repair Body |

7. Paint | 8. Reassembly | 9. Auto Detailing |
Expert preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process of every vehicle. All panels are prepared for refinishing, then primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the final top color and clear coats of refinish are applied. | Final moldings and detail pieces are attached to the vehicle in the reassembly area. All the vehicle’s systems are checked during this process. The vehicle is almost complete and ready for delivery when it is in this stage. | During the repair process the vehicle accumulates dust from the repairs which will be thoroughly cleaned. It will also be road tested to ensure that everything is working properly. A final inspection will ensure that the vehicle is completely restored to its pre-accident condition. |
