DJ’s Restoration is a preferred repair facility for several major insurance companies but works with all insurance companies. Some companies may try to persuade you to use one of their shops by telling you the repairs will take longer, you will have to wait longer to get paid, they cannot guarantee their work etc., these statements are not true.

We will work with your claim representative to resolve your claim just as quickly and work out all the payment details so that your vehicle will not take any longer than necessary for the actual repairs.

Remember YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE the shop you feel most comfortable with as long as they are licensed with the State of New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. Your insurance company must honor your decision and make the appropriate arrangements and that’s what we do, once you have put in the actual claim, we will handle everything else for you. It is our job to keep this whole process as painless as possible for our customers.  We realize how valuable your time is and do our best to make sure you are not inconvenienced in any way.
